In a significant step towards becoming a Community Health Center, the Knox Clinic has engaged Page Architects to move forward in planning a new space in Thomaston.

Page creates spaces that focus on patient care, staff efficiency, and community wellness, making every space functional and healing, according to the Knox Clinic, in a news release.

“Inspired by the commitment to provide health and wellness for the underserved, Page is excited to collaborate with Knox Clinic,” says Page’s Healthcare Market Sector Lead, Tushar Guptar. “We envision a welcoming health center offering dignified and compassionate care. Reinforcing the Clinic’s commitment to sustainability, we aim to design an environmentally responsible and nurturing environment.”

In addition to Page, the Knox Clinic has engaged several local businesses, including Cordjia Capital Projects for owner’s project management, Gartley & Dorsky for civil engineering, and Lark Studio for landscape design.

Construction of the new Community Health Center is anticipated in early 2025.
