James Taylor tribute band to perform in Camden, Oct. 3
Sweet Baby James, a James Taylor tribute, returns Friday night, Oct. 3., to Camden Opera House, 29 Elm Street. Doors open 7 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. performance.
"Nashville singer-songwriter Bill Griese delights audiences with his uncanny Taylor-like vocals, guitar playing, and down-to-earth personality," said the Opera Hiuse. "Sweet Baby James offers no impersonations or gimmicks, just the great music of JT."
“This is not like a typical tribute band,” said Griese. “I play these songs the most respectful way I know how - as myself.”
The Sweet Baby James evening will feature favorites such as “Fire and Rain,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” “Shower the People,” “How Sweet It Is,” and “Steamroller,” and more.
Choose-your-own reserved seat tickets are $25 in advance, $30 day-of-show, via camdenoperahouse.com or (207) 236-3154.
This event is sponsored by Abigail’s Inn and 40 Paper.
