Rockland — Heidi Neal, the marketing manager for J. Edward Knight Insurance, has successfully obtained her Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. With this accomplishment, Neal will primarily focus on pet insurance and also provide additional support to the rest of the JEK team behind the scenes with marketing and processing. 

Prior to joining J. Edward Knight, Neal was the owner of Loyal Biscuit Co. Her experience in the pet industry brings a unique perspective to her role at J. Edward Knight, allowing her to better understand the needs of pet owners and provide them with the appropriate insurance coverage.

Neal is excited to use her new license to help more people protect their furry friends.

Neal resides in Warren with her husband Joel, their dogs, Piper, Kevin and Wayne, as well as Meredith the cat. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, traveling with her friends, and volunteering for various community initiatives.
