ROCKLAND — Santa Claus arrived in Rockland Nov. 30, helping to kick off the holiday season in the Midcoast. He spent time at the annual Festival of Lights over this past weekend, and then headed back to the North Pole to get some work done, before returning to the Midcoast for Christmas by the Sea, in Camden, this coming weekend.
