SEARSPORT — Hope D. Smith, 96, passed away September 21, 2020 at Bayview Manor in Searsport.

She was born in Belfast on August 23, 1924 to Clyde and Sara (Vesta) Howard.

Hope was a life-long Belfast resident. She graduated from Crosby High School, Class of 1942 and was a highly respected personal caregiver in the community.

She was predeceased by three sons, David, Timothy and Michael.

Hope is survived by a sister, Joanne Degraff of Belfast.

Interment will be at Grove Cemetery, Belfast.
