New Hope Midcoast, the domestic violence resource center serving Midcoast Maine since 1981 and a member of the Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence, is one of 200 finalists for a State Farm Neighborhood Assistance Grant.

New Hope Midcoast was selected from 4,000 applicants nationwide. Winners will receive $25,000 each.

Community members can help by voting for New Hope Midcoast from April 27 – May 6. Each valid U.S. email receives 10 votes daily. Voters may choose several nonprofits or cast all ten votes daily for New Hope Midcoast. Reminders to vote are available by selecting the text messaging option.
