Genealogist to discuss research at Belfast Free Library
BELFAST — Join the Belfast Free Library and the Wawenoc Chapter of the Maine Genealogical Society on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 2 p.m., in the library’s Abbott Room for a presentation from Nat Clifford about his adventures in genealogy, touching on some ancestral tidbits, a family history association, and genetic genealogy.
“Whether you are a beginner genealogist or a seasoned expert, all are welcome,” said a news release.
Nat Clifford co-owns a seasonal B&B with his spouse, Lexa, in Belfast, where he settled in 2017 following a 30-year career with the US State Department.

The Wawenoc Chapter is the Belfast area’s chapter of the Maine Genealogical Society. It meets monthly on the third Wednesday at the Belfast Free Library. Genealogists of all abilities and skill-levels are encouraged to join.
