Free all-ages Spring Ecology Walk at Merryspring, April 25
CAMDEN — Merryspring Nature Center will host a free Spring Ecology Walk for all-ages, Friday, April 25, at 10 a.m.
Spring brings a bloom of activity to Merryspring Nature Center. On this guided walk, guests of all ages will look and listen for returning migrating birds, find early-blooming wildflowers, discover the amphibians and macro-invertebrates that live beneath the shallow waters of Merryspring’s vernal pool, and more.
All guests should wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes, and be prepared to walk on uneven and muddy terrain for one hour. In the event of heavy rain or snow, this event may be rescheduled.
