BELFAST — Francine T. Vandebroek, 89, of Belfast, passed away on May 3, 2017. Francine was born in Liege, Belgium, on Dec. 22, 1927, to Victor and Louise Boxus.
She married Victor Vandebroek and the pair raised their family together until his passing.
She leaves behind her son, Christian Vandebroek and his wife, Margaret, of Tucson, Ariz.
Arrangements are under the care of Riposta Funeral Home.
