CUSHING — Arts In The Barn/ Cushing Historical Society presents “Creations in Cushing”, an arts and crafts community exhibition where anything goes, in sculpture, photographs, paintings, found object assemblages, jewelry, weaving and of many other mediums.

“It’s a community fair and our last show of the season,” said Arts in the Barn, in a news release.

Many artists from all over are working in all kinds of mediums, some of the work will be useful and some will be adornment, but there will be humor and beauty, and price ranges that cover all bases, according to the release. All the work is original, and hand made.

Arts In The Barn is a rustic, well lit barn just a mile before the Olson House on Hathorne Point Road in Cushing.

Opening Celebration: Friday, August 30, from 5 to 7 p.m., refreshments served.

Hours on Saturday and Sunday, August 31 and September 1: from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
