WALDO — Epsilon Chapter members met at Stonecrest Event Center, in Waldo, on Monday September 11, 2023 to bring two new members into Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.

Christi Goosman, who teaches history and drama at Searsport High School, and Maylinda Boynton, who teaches music at Mattanawcook Middle and High Schools, joined other Waldo County women educators in the local chapter of the Maine State Organization of DKG.

A brief ceremony for the occasion was held before members enjoyed a potluck dinner and a business meeting.

Delta Kappa Gamma Society International is an honor society of key women educators working to promote professional and personal growth and excellence in education. There are chapters in seventeen countries around the world.
