ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Nov. 25-Dec. 2.
Sigvard Beckman, 33, of Vinalhaven, violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 18, $575 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 30 days.
Dawn Bradeen, 51, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 23, unconditional discharge.
David S. Curran, 46, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 4, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 1, $150 fine, restitution $113.95.
Hollis H. Duswald, 46, of Rockland, driving to endanger in Rockland, $575 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 30 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop and violating condition of release all in Rockland Nov. 18, four days in jail.
Richard J. Ellis, 37, of Camden, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence aggravated assault in Camden Sept. 25, 2021, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked.
Mark Gagne, 42, of Cushing, criminal trespass and violating condition of release, both in Cushing Nov. 28, 72 hours in jail.
Ginger Howard, 53, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in St. George Feb, 12, dismissed; driving to endanger in St. George Feb. 12, $1,000 fine.
Marcia L. Kenney, 53, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 28, $300 fine.
Neal V. Kenney IV, 45, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Thomaston July 28, $100 fine.
Adonia R. Labbe, 46, of Auburn, criminal mischief in Thomaston Nov. 23, 2023, six months in jail; domestic violence assault, with priors, in Thomaston Nov. 23, 2023, dismissed.
Ryan D. Lane, 31, of Warren, threatening display of weapon in Warren July 8, 2021, five days in jail.

Laurent H. Morin, 63, of Lincolnville, probation violation for original conviction of possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 in Thomaston Feb. 26, 2021, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
Elijah Philbrick, 18, of Warren, littering in Rockport Sept. 6, $50 fine.
Daniel Roy, Jr., 38, of Union, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Oct. 3, 2023, $400 fine, four years in prison all suspended, probation two years, restitution $9639.87.
Michael L. Starr, 40, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release in Rockland Dec.26, 2020, eight months in jail, probation revoked.
Tammy Taylor, 57, of St. George, domestic violence assault in South Thomaston Aug. 16, dismissed.
