David Atwood, 55, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland March 24, $150 fine, restitution $18.90.

Cody Billings, 31, of Waldoboro, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland March 23, 2021, dismissed; possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Rockland March 23, 2021, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren April 21, 2021, dismissed; violating condition of release in Warren April 21, 2021, unconditional discharge.

Robert Bracken, 29, of Bucksport, driving to endanger in Rockport June 27, $575 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 30 days; operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device in Rockport June 27, $500 fine all suspended, seven days in jail.

Shawn C. Campbell, 36, of Madawaska, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport Oct. 4, 2022, dismissed.

Wesley Chilles, 47, of Vinalhaven, molesting or disturbing lobster gear on Vinalhaven June 4, $500 fine with $250 fine suspended.

Demetri A. Day, 64, of Bedford Corners, N.Y., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland June 29, dismissed.

Robert Edwards, 28, of Brunswick, domestic violence assault, two counts, in South Thomaston Jan. 11 and Thomaston May 29, both dismissed; criminal mischief, two counts, in South Thomaston Jan. 11 and Thomaston May 29, both dismissed; violating condition of release in Thomaston May 29, dismissed.

Elorraine E. Jeffers, 19, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston April 3, dismissed.

Codi J. Hynd, 31, of Waldoboro, criminal mischief in Rockland May 10, $25 fine with fine suspended.

Serene Landry, 28, of Rockport, passing stopped bus in Rockport April 30, $325 fine.

Breana Elyse Little, 37, of Cushing, operating under the influence (alcohol) with injury in Thomaston Oct. 18, 2021, in Thomaston, $2,100 fine, three years in jail with all but six months suspended; probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended; aggravated driving to endanger in Thomaston Oct. 18, 2021, $575 fine all suspended, three years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years, license suspended 30 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Thomaston Aug. 5, $400 fine all suspended, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Thomaston Aug. 5, 90 days in jail.

Jonathan E. Carlos Humerto Sanchez Santos, 56, of Searsmont, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland, no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Aaron Sawyer, 19, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland April 20 in Rockland, $250 fine.

Jason K. Smith, 38, of Dexter, probation violation for original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland Jan. 7, 2021, two years and six months in prison, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Warren Nov. 25, 2023, two years and six months in prison; violating condition of release in Warren Nov. 25, 2023, six months in jail.

Troy Trout, 48, of Northport, failure to comply with sex offender registry act in Rockland Feb. 9, 2022, dismissed.
