VINALHAVEN – Charles B. Doughty, 84, life-long Vinalhaven resident, died peacefully, Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Sussman House in Rockport.
A graduate of Maine Maritime Academy, Mr. Doughty spent his career as an engineer for the Maine State Ferry Service aboard the Vinalhaven boats.
