BEFAST — “The Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce is always exited to break out the big red ribbon and scissors to celebrate a business opening, business growth, or new ownership,” said the Chamber, in a news release.

On Friday morning, February 3, Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce joined Our Town Belfast in a ribbon cutting and grand re-opening celebration for Second Hand Eve. Owner Theresa Bowles has moved her women’s vintage clothing boutique across the street to 65 Main St., right next door to her brother Chase, who owns a men’s vintage clothing store, Epoch.

Second Hand Eve (aka S.H.E.) offers name brand gently used, vintage and new clothing at second hand prices. Current hours are Thur. 11am-4pm, and Fri-Sat 11am-5pm. Follow her Facebook page as seasonal hours change.

Friday evening, the Chamber also welcomed Treworgy & Baldacci Real Estate Closing Services to their new downtown office space. The company serves the Bangor, Lewiston/Auburn, and Scarborough areas, offering closing services and title searches, and are now happy to bring a closing location to Belfast, in addition to their Augusta, Windham, and Kennebunk closing offices. Located on the 2nd floor at 19 Main St., you can contact them at 942-8249 or visit treworgy-baldacci.com.
