Camden Rotary Club extends grant application deadline to Feb. 15

CAMDEN — Nonprofit organizations in Knox County and Lincolnville may now submit grant applications to the Camden Rotary Club by February 15 instead of the original deadline of January 31.

The club’s grant-making process focuses on high-impact programs and projects of 501c3 nonprofits addressing five priority areas:

-food security
-housing
-health & safety
-youth development
-economic security 

The club accepts applications for large grants of up to $10,000 and small grants of up to $1,500. Successful proposals will address high-priority community needs in one or more of the club’s focus areas, align with best practices, and include measurable outcomes and key milestones. They must also address administrative and fiscal competence.
