Camden-Rockport Middle School students testify at Maine State House

AUGUSTA — Maine Rep. Vicki Doudera, D-Camden, welcomed students from Camden-Rockport Elementary School to the State House Jan. 17.
The students, Camden Contakos, Zeke Dietter, Lola Kydd, Winona Lincoln, Edie Moskovitz, Tula Prindiville Lulu Van Lonkhuyzen and Piper Urey, who have been working to prevent climate change, presented testimony before the Legislature’s Environment and Natural Resources Committee in support of Doudera’s legislation to improve the manufacturing of plastic bottles.
