Business Coffee Downtown continues through May with Our Town Belfast
Our Town Belfast’s Economic Vitality Committee hosts a monthly Business Coffee Downtown series from October to May. The EV Committee is made up of members from local businesses, Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Belfast Economic Development Department.
The series is presented by KeyBank with coffee donated by Downshift Coffee at 39 Main Street.
The next coffee in the series on Wednesday, November 13, (a week later due to the election) at Rollies Bar & Grill, 37 Main Street, from 8 to 9 a.m. The monthly topic of discussion will be changes to FMLA and Simple IRA policies presented by an expert from Paychex to talk about the changes and how they will affect small businesses.
The coffee series is free and open to anyone; you do not need to be a downtown Belfast business to attend.
The series is on the first Wednesday of the month unless otherwise noted. The location will vary and be updated the month prior. The monthly agenda will include an open discussion time on any questions attendees have that may pertain to the presenter or not. We will also discuss upcoming events and share information that businesses should know about for
