Bixby Chocolate Belize 70% Dark Chocolate Bar is a 2023 Good Food Award Finalist.

Bixby Chocolate is a craft chocolate company that makes non gmo, vegan, organic and gluten free chocolates in Rockland, ME.  Bixby Chocolate is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in the State of Maine.  Bixby products can be found in grocery and specialty stores as well as on bixbychocolate.com, Hannafords, Reny’s, Stonewall Kitchen, LLBean, Whole Foods Market, and independent stores and co-ops. 

In December 2022, Bixby opened the first Chocolate Café in Maine serving chocolate delights inside the brand-new Paul J Schupf Art Center in Waterville.  The Bixby Chocolate Café is open 7 days a week 7:30 a,.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 93 Main Street, Waterville.
