    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court July 8-11. 

    Randy S. Elwell, 21, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Nov. 30, 2016, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Dec. 1, 2016, 30 days in jail and $1,577 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts) in  Swanville (dates: Dec. 5, 2016, Dec. 26, 2016) 30 days in jail for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Dec. 26, 2016, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Northport Dec. 15, 2016, 30 days in jail; burglary (two counts) in Swanville (dates: Dec. 8, 2016, Jan. 14, 2017), both dismissed; burglary in Northport Dec. 15, 2016, dismissed; burglary of a motor vehicle in Swanville Dec. 5, 2016, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts) in Swanville (dates: Dec. 8, 2016, Jan. 14, 2017), both dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, 2016, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts) in Monroe Dec. 26, 2016, all dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (20 counts) in Winterport Dec. 26, 2016, all dismissed.  

    Tommy S. Hufford, 43, of Greenfield, probation violation in Belfast July 20, 2017, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

    Jacob E. Sampson, 38, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Prospect Jan. 2, 2018, 30 days in jail and $500 fine. 

    Richard D. York, 25, of Belfast, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Winterport Feb. 23, 2018, two years in prison with all but 48 hours suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Joseph M. Rego, 37, of Prospect, wholesaler illegally possessing fish in Prospect Feb. 13, 2018, dismissed. 

    Jonathan A. Berry, 48, of Lincolnville, criminal mischief in Northport May 25, 2018, dismissed; driving to endanger in Northport Oct. 30, dismissed. 

    Ryan D. Rairdon, 30, of Monticello, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 4, 2018, 364 days in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $8,238.32 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 4, 2018, 48 hours in jail; misuse of identification in Belfast May 4, 2018, 48 hours in jail. 

    Benjamin Lopez, 46, of Warren, criminal mischief in Belfast April 26, six months in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast April 26, six months in jail; aggravated assault in Belfast April 26, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast April 26, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast April 26, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property in Belfast April 26, dismissed. 

    Courtney Gibbs, 25, of Searsport, harassment in Searsport April 28, dismissed. 

    Craig S. Thomas, 52, of Lincolnville, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Northport May 4, $200 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Northport May 4, $200 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Northport May 4, $200 fine. 

    Patricia Wright, 22, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson July 7, 48 hours in jail and $250 fine. 

    Frank L. Johnson II, 54, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast July 5, 48 hours in jail.
