Thief may have carried stolen items in laundry basket
Belfast Police seek possible witnesses to residential theft

BELFAST — Belfast Police are asking anyone with information about the burglary of a Route 52 residence earlier this week to come forward.
Belfast Detective Bryan Cunningham said the burglary occurred sometime before 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 16.
Cunningham said it is believed that the thief (or thieves) may have carried the stolen property — a gaming system, games and money kept in a coffee can — out of the residence in a laundry basket.
Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious people or activities in the area can call Belfast Police at 338-2420.
