BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 29 - Aug. 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

July 29

Levi F. Mason, 38, of Vassalboro, was issued summonses for aggravated driving to endanger and eluding an officer on Route 141. 

July 30

Mallorie Schaefer, 27, of Newport, was issued a summons for assault on Washington Street.

Rodney G. Triplet, 61, of Morrill, was arrested for operating under the influence on Crocker Road. 

July 31

Byrlynne D. Ellis, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Main Street. 

John E. Dellamattera, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Church Street.

Aug. 2

Frederick E. Lower IV, 45, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Main Street.

Danielle Ellsworth, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for assault.

Aug. 3

Colby M. Corriveau, 20, of Belfast, was issued summonses for aggravated assault and domestic violence terrorizing on Swanville Road. 

Aug. 4

Byrlynne Ellis, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct, public drinking and littering on Main Street.
