Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Dec. 6-11. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 5 (late entry)

    Darin I. Ross, 51, of Morris Plains, N.J., was issued summonses for assault (two counts) and terrorizing on Main Street.

    Nov. 20 (late entry)

    Ivan J. Korsund Jr., 72, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, and operating without license (beyond condition/restriction) on Vine Street.

    Dec. 6

    Justin T. Jernigan, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Searsport Avenue.

    Leslie A. Davio, 48, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to notify an owner of a property damage accident at Seaport Community Health Center.

    Dec. 7

    Theodore M. Lawrence, 24, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without license on Waldo Avenue.

    Shawn D. Connors, 26, of Searsport, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident at Maine Maritime Products, stemming from an incident Sept. 11.

    Dec. 8

    Constance M. Ethier, 48, of Searsport, was arrested for failure to appear.

    Elizabeth M. Joy, 31, of Waldo, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Route 137.
