Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 10-24.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 10
David M. Roberts, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for operating after revocation on Back Belmont Road.
April 14
Jeremy Gray, 43, of Rockland, was arrested for violating a protection from harassment order and stalking.
April 16
Paul Elwell, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
April 18
Richard D. York, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release on Shepherd Road.
April 22
Raymond Pomeroy, 39, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and failure to appear.
April 21
Adam Mason, 44, of Bucksport, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave.
Elizabeth Holman, 59, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and false attachment of plates on Route 1.
