Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 14 - April 9.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 14
Lorraine L. Leach, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.
April 1
Anthony A. Armenio, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Riley S. Tinker, 24, of Lubec, was arrested for operating under the influence on Starrett Drive.
Nicholas Hart, 38, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release in Belfast.
April 3
Eric Kiernan, 49, of Bucksport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on City Point Road.
April 5
Trevor Cannell, 30, of Northport, was arrested for failure to appear.
