BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 26 - Dec. 12.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 26

Richard Gainer, 39, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave. 

Dec. 7

Seamus Kiernan, 44, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license and operating under the influence. 

Derek D. Maxcy, 43, of Brewer, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear. 

Dec. 9

Daryl Roberts, 41, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to stop and provide information on Patterson Hill Road.
