Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 7-23.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Feb. 7

    Jordan Young, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Swan Lake Ave. 

    Feb. 13

    Brooke Gilliam, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on High Street.

    Feb. 14

    Shae Garton, 36, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

    Miralys Duperry, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave. 

    Feb. 15

    Shawn O’Brien, 38, of Waldo, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and criminal speed on Poors Mill Road. 

    Eric J. Gould, 37, of Freedom, was arrested for failure to appear.

    Feb. 16

    Lemba-Dietu Clovis, 50, of Portland, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Route 1. 

    Feb. 19

    Brandi Howard, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Searsport Ave.
