Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 8-25.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 8
Albert Russell, 41, of Holden, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave.
April 9
Donovan O. Conary, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal conspiracy on Mill Lane on April 8, and also issued a summons for theft on Mill Lane April 9.
April 21
Cole Pinkerton, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Poors Mill Road.
