BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 5-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Dec. 6

Leonid N. Richter, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Bayview Street. 

Steven J. Coir, 20, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, evasion of registration fees and excise taxes, operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration), and operating without a license on Penobscot Terrace. 

Dec. 8

Katrina Drinkwater, 26, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime or injury on Back Belmont Road.
