BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 30 - Nov. 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Oct. 30

Floyd J. Sean, 52, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence on City Point Road. 

Nov. 1

Brian E. Hall, 53, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive. 

Nov. 3

Elisabeth M. Bormet, 37, of Swanville, was arrested for an unpaid fine.
