    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 24-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Oct. 24

    Bryton J. Allen, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license on River Ave. 

    Oct. 25

    Eric V. Cohen-Solal, 54, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

    Heather Q. Hay-Brackett, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street. 

    Kathleen Simmons, 79, of Morrill, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

    Sarrae A. Robinson-Garland, 33, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Waterville Road. 

    Frank Johnson, 54, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief at Wales Park Place. 

    Caroline A. Wales, 33, of Sante Maria, California, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Waldo Ave. 

    Oct. 26

    Kevin E. Lane, 48, of Bradley, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Waldo Ave. 

    Brandi J. Ludden, 41, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license and an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

    Ramon R. Dow, 51, of Monroe, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

    Ralph Richardson, 69, of Hope, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

    Jeffrey M. Batemen, 44, of Hermon, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

    John M. Swistake, 35, of Deltona, Florida, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street.
