Belfast Police beat: speeding, theft, expired inspection

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 12-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    April 13

    Jessica L. Cutliffe, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.

    April 17

    Kaylib M. Doughty, 26, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1.

    April 19

    Marie S. McKellar, 62, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license (90+ days) and speeding 45 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.

    April 20

    Tiffany N. Hart, 29, of Waldo, was issued summonses for negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts) and violating conditions of release on Starrett Drive.

    April 21

    Peter C. Zuck, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Marsh Road.

    Scott H. Fly, 47, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive stemming from an incident Feb. 26.

    Kenneth Flood, 48, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on High Street.
