BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 1-7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Sept. 24 (late entries)

Thadeous  Macleod, 29, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 1. 

Nathaniel Z. Finkelstein, 58, of Penobscot, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1. 

Oct. 3

Shana Hanson, 53, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Miller Street.

Brandon T. Robillard, 27, of Morrill, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Main Street. 

Oct. 4

Michael Ellis, 30, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for unpaid fines. 

Alexander B. Vincent, 49, of Searsport, was issued a summons for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Miller Street.

Alan M. Wood, 69, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 30 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Miller Street.

Robert T. Patterson, 27, of Northport, was issued a summons for unnecessary acceleration noise on City Park Road.

Oct.  5

Virginia R. Warner, 74, of Carson City, Nev., was issued a summons for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Miller Street.

 James A. Sutherland, 63, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on City Point Road. 

Oct. 6

Robert M. Knowlton, 55, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Miller Street.
