Belfast Police beat: OUI, theft, texting while driving

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 10-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    April 10

    Tabitha York, 41, of Union, was issued a summons for theft by mislaid/mistakenly delivered property on Lincolnville Road.

    April 11

    Nancy Snodgrass, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.

    April 12

    Malcolm R. Moon Jr,. 50, of Bangor, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.

    April 13

    Jeffrey F. Goodall, 47, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

    April 15

    Ronald W. Hartford II, 46, of Belmont, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street.

    Matthew Bertram, 42, of Liberty, was issued a summons for texting while driving on High Street.

    April 17

    Joseph Littlefield, 21, of Morrill, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two charges) on Allyn Street, stemming from an incident April 12.

    Patrick Green Smith Jr., 35, of Montville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive.

    April 18

    Alexandria Northup, 20, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Route 1.

    April 19

    Cliff E. Willey, 59, of Charleston, was arrested for operating under the influence on Crocker Road.

    Tate A. Hogan, 34, of Montville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3.

    Frederica G. Laporte, 79, of Searsport, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.
