Belfast Police beat: OUI, falsifying evidence, operating after suspension

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 12-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Jan. 12

    Tiffany N. Hart, 29, of Waldo, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument at Fosters Family Pet, stemming from an incident Dec. 27.

    Jan. 13

    Christina A. Feener, 23, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Brian E. Fogg, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, falsifying physical evidence and criminal mischief on Waterville Road.

    Jan. 19

    Dakota T. Sanford, 24, of Monroe, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Belmont Avenue.

    Jan. 21

    Harold E. Leathers III, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Jan. 22

    Nicholas D. Moss, 23, of Camden, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) and failure to provide proof of insurance on Lincolnville Avenue.
