Oct. 15

Dakota S. Raven, 23, of Freedom, was arrested for eluding an officer, criminal speed (30+ mph over posted limit), and operating without a license on Route 3. 

Shire A. McNally, 54, of Waldo, was issued a summons for speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

Oct. 16

Philip C. Blodgett, 29, of Athens, was arrested for violation of a protection from abuse order. 

Oct. 17

Isabella Witham, 18, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and assault on a medical emergency care provider.

Richard L. Poirier, 44, of Freedom, was issued a summons for violation of a protection from abuse order. 

Jake D. Dumais, 33, of Waterville, was issued summonses for assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Route 137. 

Oct. 18

Heather A. Omand, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Marsh Road. 

Zachary E. Neilsen, 26, of Newton, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for speeding 65 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

Laurie A. Todd, 50, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

Hannah K. Overton, 32, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration) on Belmont Ave. 

Bradley Sherwood, 41, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (90+ days past expiration), operating with suspended registration, an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Waldo Ave. 

Andrew K. Grendel, 27, of Prospect, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration), an inspection sticker violation, and failure to provide proof of insurance on Waldo Ave. 

Oct. 19

Philip J. Dulude, 51, of Orland, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration), an inspection sticker violation, and failure to provide proof of insurance on Back Belmont Road. 

Amanda D. Santana, 37, of Thorndike, was issued a summons for speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road. 

Ashley M. Hogdon, 26, of Washington, was issued a summons for speeding 56 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road.

John H. Cashman, 63, of Northport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

James P. Gilmore, 61, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

Michael N. Showalter, 34, of Freedom, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration)

Frederick T. Platt, 49, of Searsport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Jeffrey A. Hannigan, 27, of Houlton, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Tyler J. Merrifield, 34, of Brooks, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on High Street. 

Gary P. Guida, 66, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, failure to maintain liability insurance and an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Richard A. Berry Jr., 66, of Belfast, was issued a summons for improper passing on City Point Road. 

Donald A. Fickett, 59, of Prospect, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Kimberly S. Lemont, 44, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Ethan D. Lapham, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waldo Ave. 

Jennifer L. Faulkingham, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Sierra M. Masciatelli, 22, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was issued summonses for speeding 47 mph in a 25 mph zone and failure to provide proof of insurance on High Street. 

A Searsmont minor was issued a summons for speeding 73 mph in a 45 mph zone on Belmont Ave. 

Oct. 20

Paul T. Finden, 59, of Belfast, was issued summonses for towing an unregistered trailer and parking in a restricted area on Vine Street. 

Rayna Paul, 22, of Swanville, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration), an inspection sticker violation, and failure to provide proof of insurance on High Street.
