Belfast Police beat: criminal speed, eluding an officer, criminal mischief

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 8-13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Jan. 9

    Zachary Lear, 26, of Unity, was arrested for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release on High Street. 

    Jan. 10

    Gregg L. Hamilton, 46, of Brooks, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Robbins Road. 

    Jan. 11

    Jacob M. Rose, 20, of Monroe, was arrested for eluding an officer, driving to endanger, exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more, operating without a license, illegal possession of liquor by a minor via consumption, and illegal possession of marijuana by a minor on Swan Lake Ave.
