Belfast edges Medomak Valley in regular season golf finale
ROCKLAND — The Medomak Valley and Belfast golf teams took to the Rockland Golf Club for a regular season finale showdown Tuesday, Sept. 17.
The visiting Lions bested the host Panthers in the match 6.5 to 2.5.
Carson Murphy and Sean Sebrey of Medomak Valley were co-medalists.
Tommy Walker achieved a hole-in-one on the par 3, 136-yard fifth hole.
Playoff rounds will be held Friday, Sept. 20 and Monday, Sept. 23.
The KVAC Class B Shootout will be held at the Rockland Golf Club on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m.
The KVAC Qualifier will be held Tuesday, Oct. 1 at Natanis at 10 a.m.
The MPA team championships will be held Saturday, Oct. 5 at Natanis at 10 a.m.
The MPA individual championships will be held Saturday, Oct. 12 at Natanis at 10 a.m.
