ROCKPORT — Maine Families of Knox, Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties met at Aldermere Farm in August, which is owned and managed by Maine Coast Heritage Trust. Aldermere Farm has 136-acres and was founded in 1899. Herd Manager Heidi Baker is the epitome of everything their mission stands for and is an excellent tour guide. This is shown by the constant smile on her face as she introduced the animals to the families and then read a few books while everyone enjoyed a healthy snack.

Maine Families of Knox, Lincoln and Sagadahoc County is a free and voluntary home visiting parenting education program that partners with families to provide access to information and resources. Each visit is tailored to the needs of the family.
