BELFAST — The City of Belfast has installed a new 3-way stop at the Salmond Street, Congress Street intersection in Belfast, across from the former Public Works Facility lot.

Belfast City Council held a public hearing regarding the ordinance amendment to install the 3-way stop at this location. The City Council approved the ordinance amendment and the City of Belfast Public Works Department installed the stop signs.
