The Waldo is excited to announce an open casting call for the comedy HOMER BOUND by Maine playwright Karmo Sanders, to be performed September 29, 30 and October 1 and October 6, 7 and 8, 2023 at The Waldo.

This production will be Directed by Executive Director of The Waldo Susan Hodder and Produced by George Bates. Set on a small fishing island off the Maine coast, Homer Bound deals with a shotgun wedding. Who will arrive first - the minister or the baby?
Broadway World calls Homer Bound a rollicking, folksy comedy populated by loveable characters and guaranteed to have the audience split its sides with laughter.
You are invited to audition for a role in HOMER BOUND! No experience necessary, but talent and enthusiasm are required.
