Kacie Orff started as a CNA at The Lincoln Home, advancing to our Community Life Director, and now to her current position as Community Outreach and Experience Director. She loved being a CNA because of the one on one caregiving.  In her new role, she is still close to and an advocate for the residents’ quality of daily living. Kacie enjoys planning activities and social events that include field trips, music, art, cooking, writing and just having fun together, always making sure that each individual’s requests and needs are met. Kacie is excited about bringing more people into our lovely community and Lincoln Home family.

I love that having roots in this community translates into our residents knowing our families and we know theirs.”  

Kacie’s relationship building strengths, her passion for residents, positive outlook, and her deep roots in this community serve her well in her role.
