    Sales volume across the state continue to rise, with a total of 888 single-family homes sold in March 2024 – an increase of 3.5 percent compared to March 2023. The median sales price also increased, reaching $380,000, a surge of 12.59 percent compared to this time last year. Twice a year, the Club, through its Charitable Foundation, provides financial support to organizations that work to improve the lives of people in Knox County and Lincolnville.
