VINALHAVEN — There will be a memorial service followed by a luncheon at 12:30 p.m., Sunday, October 1, at Ames Wharf on City Point (Old Harbor) for Phyllis J. Orcutt, 88, widow of Lawrence W. Orcutt, who died on Thursday, August 31, 2017.
