ROCKLAND – Rockland police reported the following activity Dec. 13-19. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Dec. 13         

Cassandra Miller, 23, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for theft.

 Dec. 14     

Heath Prior, 32, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo on a warrant, violation of conditions of release and for possession of scheduled drugs.                       

Montgomery Winchenbach, 62, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Aaron Schmitz on a warrant. 

Dec. 15         

Destiny Bailey, 19, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for violation of conditions of release.

Sarah Havener, 30, of Owls Head, was arrested by Officer Addison Cox on a probation violation. 

Dec. 16          

Adreth Crowe-Rockland, 54, of Spruce Head, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for operating under the influence.  

Dec. 17           

Joseph Brann, 22, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor for possession of scheduled drugs. 

Dec. 19          

Brennan Dyer, 41, of Vinalhaven, was arrested by Bagley on a probation violation.
