Rockland Police beat: Arrest warrants, OUI, domestic violence assault
ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Nov. 29-Dec. 5. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Nov. 29
Destiny Bailey, 19, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Matt Lindahl for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
Nov. 30
Christopher Cushman, 40, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo for violating conditions of release.
Dec. 2
David Achorn, 22, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for operating under the influence.
Jessica Sinclair, 30, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Addison Cox on a warrant.
Dec. 3
Jacob Ortiz, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo on a warrant.
Joe Maye, 40, of Warren, was arrested by Cox on warrants, charged with operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and driving with an expired registration.
Brittany Barton, 31, of Newcastle, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden on warrants and charged with violating conditions of release.
Dec. 4
Joshua Mills, 23, of Owls Head, was charged by Sgt. Kenneth Smith with operating after suspension.
Dec. 5
Joseph Robles, 24, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with operating without a license.
