ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from June 8-12.

Nichole L. Brackett, 29, of Newcastle, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; harassment by telephone, 48 hours in jail, 48 hours in jail.

Zachary T. Carleton, 26, of St. George, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Dustin E. Cline, 28, of Spruce Head, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine.

Amber L. Grant, 26, of Rockland, criminal trespass, seven days in jail; unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.

Libby R. Ashley, 27, of Thomaston, trafficking or furnishing imitation scheduled drug, $1000 fine.

Harold V. Martin, 50, of Spruce Head, operating under the influence, $500 fine.

Eric Montgomery, 23, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all suspended, probation one year; criminal mischief, dismissed.
