BELFAST — A female duck, who some have taken to calling Duckie, has been hanging around the Belfast Goodwill drop-off area recently and drivers are asked to use caution to avoid striking the web-footed swimming bird.

"She or he has been hanging out right there by their back door for the last couple of weeks, and I saw her while bringing some donations in again," said a concerned local resident.

We hear Duckie is still hanging around, so keep an eye out coming and going in the area. It's a safe bet nobody likes a squished web-footed swimming bird.
