BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 4-24.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 4

Nicholas Parker, 35, was arrested for failure to give the correct name, address, or date of birth on Route 3 in Belmont. 

Nov. 11

Jennifer Bailey, 40, of Searsport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Shibles Road in Knox. 

Nov. 19

Travis Brown, 46, of Prospect, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license (90+ days beyond expiration) on Maine Road N. in Frankfort. 

Michael H. Hustus, 67, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating under the influence, operating without a license (in violation of conditions) on Veterans Highway in Brooks.
