BAR HARBOR — The Searsport varsity track and field program traveled Saturday, May 1 to Bar Harbor to compete in a meet at Mount Desert Island against competitors from Mount Desert Island, Narraguagus and Hermon.  

In the girls division, Searsport tied for third with a score of six points. 

In the boys division, Searsport placed third, of only three scoring teams, with 11 points.
